Visit & wine tasting

Welcome!

The Côte Chalonnaise provides soils that allow Bourgogne’s 3 main grape varieties (Aligoté, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) to thrive, thanks to geology similar to that of the Côte-d'Or. This beautiful environment, where picturesque villages are set among the gentle hills, also creates a natural setting for the vineyards to mingle with pastures and orchards.
Our tasting rooms are open most days throughout the year and this is where you can taste our wines in convivial surroundings - our wine experts are happy to introduce the wines and guide you through the tasting experience. You can also learn about our profession by watching a film that is shown continuously.

Admission and wine tasting are free

The Côte Chalonnaise AOC vineyards, thanks to the exceptional quality of their terroir, their grape varieties, and the expertise of their winemakers, produce aromatic white wines with floral notes, light red wines, and also highly distinctive Crémant (sparkling) wines. While exploring the wine route, come and taste our wines in our tasting rooms. They will allow you to discover the full aromatic range of our wines. All Millebuis wines are available there! Whether you're looking for a white wine with pronounced minerality or a fruity character, a beautiful golden hue, and a rounded mouthfeel to accompany white meats, seafood, cheeses, or as an aperitif; a light red wine with low tannins and fruity notes for meats or preserves; or an elegant and sparkling Crémant bursting with freshness for dessert and beyond… our wine merchants will carefully select wines from our wine region to create perfect food and wine pairings. They will also be delighted to share their knowledge of our vineyards and winemaking process with you: vine cultivation (grape bunches), harvesting, pressing, maceration, vinification, fermentation, and aging in oak barrels or vats, which allow us to offer you these exceptional wines full of nuance. All our Protected Designations of Origin (PDOs) are made from grape varieties with subtle aromas. Discover fruity aromas: notes of red berries, blackberries, raspberries, citrus, dried fruit, and even exotic fruits that will subtly complement your dishes. Our delicate, light, and full-bodied Mercurey is made from the Pinot Noir grape.
